One of our favorite outdoor upgrade projects was for a homeowner in Palm Springs, Angel Velazquez.

Concrete Walkway Upgrade

We installed a stamped concrete walkway with a bold modern design and a charcoal finish. The stamped texture gave the entry a premium look while still being durable and easy to maintain in the Palm Springs climate.

Landscape Remodel (Desertscape + Turf + Modern Rock Finish)

To complete the transformation, we focused heavily on the landscaping and created a clean desert-style layout that made the entire yard look finished and upscale.

This remodel included:

  • Artificial turf installation for a low-maintenance, clean green look year-round

  • Desert plant installation to match the Palm Springs aesthetic and keep water usage low

  • 3/4” Ice Gravel (white rock) for a bright, modern finish that instantly upgraded curb appeal

  • Clean layout flow and transitions between turf, walkway, and rock areas for a “designed” look, not a patchwork job

The final result was a complete outdoor makeover — the walkway tied everything together, and the desert landscape details made the property feel cleaner, newer, and more valuable.
